At Concours Motors, we offer several options for you while your car is being serviced.
If you wish to wait for your vehicle to be serviced we provide two complete and comfortable waiting lounges featuring:
Television
Current reading material
Executive work desks with phone and extra phone jacks
Telephones available for complimentary local calls
Separate enclosed childrens' play area near upstairs waiting room

Courtesy Shuttle:
Complimentary shuttle service rides are provided within designated routes 15 miles or less from the dealership. The shuttle leaves from the Alternate Transportation Office. Please allow for some flexibility in your schedule when using the shuttle.
Drop-off and pick-up hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Rental Vehicles:
Please contact the Alternate Transportation Office for rental availability and rates.
A valid drivers license, major credit card and proof of full coverage insurance must be presented at the time the rental vehicle is picked up. Concours Motors does not offer insurance to clients using rental vehicles.
Please allow some time for rental vehicle check-in..
Rental vehicles are only available to clients who have a vehicle in for service work. If a rental vehicle is needed while a vehicle is in for body or collision repairs the client is to make arrangements with their insurance company.
If a rental vehicle is needed it must be scheduled and reserved ahead of time when the service appointment is made. The rental vehicle available may not be the same vehicle brand and model as the vehicle brought in for service.
Rental vehicles must be returned within 15 hours of when the client is notified that their vehicle is ready for pick up. If the vehicle is not returned within 15 hours the normal per day rental charge for that type of vehicle will be incurred and that amount will be charged to the client's credit card.
The client is responsible for replacing all fuel spent during the rental. A fee of $4.00 per gallon of fuel will be charged to the client's credit card if the fuel is not replaced.
A rental vehicle includes 100 miles per day at no additional charge. Mileage over 100 miles per day will be charged at $.35 per mile and charged to the client's credit card.
The driver of the rental vehicle must be at least 21 years old.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the rental vehicle. Clients that smoke in the rental vehicle, allow pets in the vehicle, bring the vehicle back excessively dirty, have outstanding parking tickets or have uninsured or undisclosed damage to a vehicle will be held accountable and will be ineligible for future usage of a Concours Motors rental vehicle. At the discretion of Concours Motors a $100 clean up fee will be assessed and charged to the client.
All rental vehicles are to be returned to the Alternate Transportation Office. A rental may be dropped off or picked up during the following hours:
Monday through Thursday: 7:00 am to 7:20 pm
Friday: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Loaner Vehicles:
No charge Rentals: New or Certified Pre-Owned Saab, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Porsche vehicles that are purchased or leased through Concours Motors and are still covered under the factory warranty may receive rental vehicles free of charge for repairs covered under the warranty. Please contact your service advisor to see if you qualify for a free rental vehicle.
